It was a hot day out in Las Vegas where Kyle Conlon set the pace in qualifying taking the pole with a time of 4:15:627, beating Ray Griffith by a few hundreds of a second. Jimco Racing will have two class 1500′s off the start to give them an advantage from the start for an overall. Rounding out the top five was Gus Vildosola Jr. (in Jesse Jones’ truck), Chuck Hovey, and Mikey Childress. With clean air Kyle Conlon will be hard to beat if he continues on the same pace he has been for the past few races.
